I am looking for somenone who has good knowledge on Fitness Health and Nutrition. The Ebook should primarily focus on Intermittend Fasting and a well balanced Diet. Also the book should cover some Important aspects like Diet breaks, refeeds and how to keep on track with your diet.
I love it when the Book has some 'personal' flavor to it. Personal Experience is very important I think.
The book should not be very long but not too short. It should be a guideline for beginners to this area and cover the Princibles on how to keep on with a diet over an extended Period of time and how to feed your body the best you can find.
I would like to continue with this Project, when it meets my expectations. In the future I Plan on starting more Projects like this with likewise content.
I apologize If my writing Skills are a bit off, I am from Germany. Nevertheless the Ebook should be in English!
Also I would welcome some Title suggestions for this Book, this is not a must but I would definitely like it.
