Required software development freelancer for Looking for Experienced Data Processor to filter and format data into a proper mailing list job

Please bid on this project only if you have experience filtering data in Microsoft Access, and can run custom queries, and write functions to make the data proper case, and programmatically split fields like Name into separate first and Last Name fields.
I have a list containing XXXXX records, that I need filtered by various criteria and formatted into a proper mailing list, exported as a .csv and following a strict field order (filter criteria and sample .csv file will be provided).
