We need skilled Freelancer customer service agent answering Tickets (emails), Facebook messages and Live Chat messages from our shopping website in both French and English. This job requires 5 days a week, 4 hours a day, followed by a shift arrangement. This is a long term position .
Skills
1.Proficient French Speaker (native level)
2.Fluent English
3.Good communication skills, especially in written format
4.Customer service experience is preferred but not essential.
5. Windows PC/Laptop is required
6. Working time:8:30-12:30 noon or 14:00 PM - 18:00 PM Beijing time
After pass the training , we perfer who can work 8hours
Payment: 450USD per month but based on workload finished.
