We need skilled Freelancer customer service agent making outbond calls and answering Tickets (emails) from our shopping website in both Portuguese and English. This job requires 5 days a week, 4 hours a day, followed by a shift arrangement. This is a long term position .
Skills
1.Proficient Portuguese Speaker (native level)
2.Fluent English
3.Good communication skills, especially in written format
4.Customer service experience is preferred but not essential.
5. Required for window's PC
6. Available on weekend
Payment: 450 USD per month. Final payment based on workload finished.
