Required Windows,Microsoft Outlook freelancer for Looking for Microsoft outlook expert job

Hi,

I have a PC, HP 500-314, 8G memory. It seems to work slow. My outlook takes much long to start, respond. Task Manager "Disk" easily get full (100%). I have to turn of window "search" function. I feel something is incorrect. It is 64 bit system. I will increase my memory card to 16G. But I still like to find IT expert to help me fix this issue. Linux system, window 8.1, office 2010, outlook 2007. I like to have a It expert who know window system and outlook to check for me. Please show your experience and skills.
