Looking for someone who can work with me to create Architectural CAD drawing

1. Currently have a version of CAD drawing need following
a) Clean up the drawing, add title block etc.
b) Add additional details / notes etc. will need some iteration to do this
c) Create electrical / plumbing view

Person needs to be able to work with me as the scope will evolve as we work on the drawings. May need additional iterations.
