We are Finland registered company and we are looking forward to developing our partnership/affiliate/referral program.
Looking forward to the consultation towards working with partners and physical persons and paying them a commission for the qualified referrals.
Questions what I have are based on how we make it happen from the legal perspective:
*What should be the financial/legal procedure before we pay earned commission to the registered business and physical person?
What information do we need to collect during the registration of such a physical person or registered business?
*Partner issue us an invoice and we pay it? What information do we need to provide them to issue us an invoice?
*Any over way around to do it without Partner issuing us an invoice?
*What if we want to pay commission through Paypal or Stripe and not through bank transfer?
*Do we need to pay taxes (VAT)?
