Required software development,Mac freelancer for Mac OSX Application Needed job

Hello,

I need a Mac OSX Application creating which will use a SINGLE API (All API INFO WILL BE SENT OVER)

This Application is to send text messages. The message entered into the Application will need to be outputted to a HTTPS URL and then the info revived back from the API displayed to the user.

Also, the application will need to have a history tab with the ability to show all sent messages and to also resend the message.

The API uses a token, so the application will need a config screen so the token can be added/changed/updated at any time.

Finally, once compleat a windows version will also be needed. Also, all code for the application needs to be sent over in code format once the project is compleated.
