We are looking for either an individual or agency to provide emergency support with a commitment of 30 hours a week or more, with a guaranteed service level response time of 30 minutes or less during the hours of 8pm to 7am EST. This job opportunity is due to the continued sustained growth of our company and our desire to provide not just development and technical support during work hours, but rather 24/7 emergency response support. Emergency support issues will range dramatically in their level of urgency as well as how technologically advanced they are.
While all will involve some version of Magento, we understand that due to custom coding, not all issues will be able to be dealt with by someone not intimately familiar with each project, but this is intended as a first line of support, both to provide peace of mind to the clients that their needs are being taken care of, and then to either be able to fix the issues if able, or at the very least to be able to competently and technically describe the issue to our own developers when they start their day.
All candidates, whether individuals or agencies, must be knowledgeable in the following technologies:
• Magento versions 1 and 2 both Community and Enterprise
• MYSQL DB administration
• Apache or NginX administration
• Front End (HTML, CSS, JS, AJAX)
