Required Data Entry,Microsoft Excel freelancer for Mail Parser Project job

Looking to create a model for extracting information from email (gmail and outlook) and update various spread sheets. Happy to use existing apps currently on the market like zappier or microsoft mailparser but need someone to set it up.

The right person should have experience doing this and provide insight on how to create an efficient process.

Part of the project is to create user instructions so that users can later apply this process to other projects; expecting clear and well written documentation as well as video tutorial.
