Toogit Instant Connect Enabled

I'm looking for a solution to block known malicious bots from accessing our server.
I use cpanel/whm servers..

These bots often give high spikes in resource usage and this is main reason I want to block them.
also a extra security measure that people/bots can't initiate unlimited requests per ms or second would be helpfull.
