Required Web Design,Wordpress freelancer for Map box coding for web site job

I need a map box integration for my web site. The map needs to allow users to be able to select an area on a map and add the address. The next step would be to link a Typeform questionnaire that uses the address and area of the indicated area to form part of the questions on the Typeform.
I have written the bulk of the typeform already.
