Job Description

Royal Kids Academy is seeking a growth-oriented team player to work as a marketing strategist. We need someone who has ideas for follow up emails to our clients who did'nt enroll with us and ask them what it was that made them change their mind, why and what is it that we can do to imporove for future business oppurtunities. Have a checklist of items they did'nt like. Things like circullim. fees, teachers, safety etc.

Secondly for the clients who are currently enrolled. What kind of ideas do you have to improve our relationship, what questiopns and concern they have and if there is anything we can do to improve in any way.
