I'm looking for engineering help to extrapolate from an existing section drawing of eccentric rotation motor vibration grips from an arcade game.

I'm looking to reverse engineer these grips for a one-off art project. The ideal result of this engagement would be instructions for a machine shop on how to build a safe and effective version of this.

Understanding of vibration haptics is a big plus.
