Looking for experienced Construction MEP QAQC Engineer to produce a set of Work Method Statement for Fire Protection System installation works.

Must speak fluent English
Must be available 24/7 for communication as and when neccessary and frequently
Must be able to design and write Work Method Statements
Must understand standards and requirement for MEP
Must be able to work in a team and coordinate drawings via Dropbox
Must be able to strictly adhere to datelines and instructions
Must have quick turnaround on all task given
