Required software development freelancer for Microsoft Orleans Framework SME to Solve Performance Issues (In San Francisco Bay Area) job

Primitive Logic is a San Francisco based technology and business consulting firm. We were founded 35 years ago and have worked with a variety of organizations ranging from many start-ups to most Fortune 100 companies. We specialize in data, development, architecture and system integrations.

Our client is having some systems performance issues right now, and we are looking for a SME to help. This is an immediate need. Our client is using Microsoft's Orleans framework, and there seems to be some I/O issues flooding the system (don't see CPU issues). We need someone with expertise in the Orleans framework - ideally someone who has had experience trouble shooting performance issues.

There are 3 key areas we need expertise on:
1) Database configuration and connectivity to their object model - review for performance
2) Their Object model - review how it was implemented and make sure it follows guidelines / best practices and recommend changes
3) Review how they are doing Caching vs. queuing - to make sure they are doing that correctly and efficiently or recommend changes.
