Required C#,VB.NET freelancer for Microsoft Visual Studio(VB dot NEt) Coder Needed job

Greetings

I need a vb coder and had minimum budget

Nature of the project
1.I had some code with me , so you don't need to develop anything from scratch
2.Automate internet explorer to post data on classfieds , social media , blogs ,dating is the main task
3.i had a list of 50 sites
4.I need 4 hrs per day
5.You main goal is write code & automate web browser to post data on list.....and also some sub goals to be discussed and decided later

Milestones
1.I don't had huge funds for this intermediate project
2.I had $300 dollars
3.I will provide $40 per week as a milestone
4.This combines multiple task , so not for single task or website , you must support me 4hrs daily

project last for some 8 weeks
