Hello! We are migrating our e-signing vendor from PandaDoc to DocuSign.
We need to copy over the templates in PandaDoc to the new system, and re-configure all of the fields, as there is no way to automatically migrate them. The steps would be:
1. Create and Organize folders for each template
2. Download the underlying document from PandaDoc, and upload into DocuSign as a new template.
3. Place the appropriate fields into the DocuSign document using PandaDoc as a guide
4. Ideally, you will have enough DocuSign experience to find ways to improve the templates and make them more user friendly.
There are 10 folders of templates and approx. 25 templates. We can give you a look first to estimate how much time will be required, but are fine paying hourly for this.
You don't really need experience with PandaDoc, as it's familiar enough to DocuSign to be able to grab what you'd need.
Note: if you do well with these, we would be interested in using a freelancer to set up our new templates as they come in! (We expect 1-2 new clients per week)
