Please note - Budget is tight. We cannot pay anything beyond 140 $.

we are a startup at early stages and we would like to convert out current site kidintouch.com running on wix to WP. the design should be as close as can get to www.kidintouch.com.
we will supply the design materials.
at first we would like to convert the current 5 pages and add a blog to it
the site should support multi language
on the second stage we will need to build a registration wizard for new pre school teachers - we will supply the API and need some one to develop the client side
the site should be responsive and support mobile phones
