Required software development freelancer for Migration of mail, AD and data from Google suite to Office 365 / Sharepoint job

For a coming migration of a small office network of 65 people, I'm looking for someone to migrate this to Office 365 E3.

Objective of this migration to have a zero downtime migration, where all inboxes are fully available during the move. I'm looking for a senior engineer or team, to assist us during the migration.

We have a local team of 4 people on site to provide support, and would like to receive input and strategy on the best possible way to move forward
