Client selects studio location - Highett, Mitcham, Kilsyth, Melbourne CBD
Integration pulls Mindbody calendar for target studio location
Integrations pulls Mindbody location availability for Appointment Type and the Preferred Instructor
Client views calendar with the upcoming 3 days that displays the day, date and the available times under each
Client selects their preferred time and day.
Client moves to next section to Enter their Name, Phone & Email
Client selects Complete Appointment and is redirected to a thank you page
Integration creates new Studio Tour appointment by Adding 'New Client;' to Mindbody.
Integration subscribes client to all Email and Text. It de-selects 'Send Welcome Email'. It adds Referal type as 28 Day Kickstart.
Integration proceeds to checkout and purchases the service on Mindbody for $0
Appointment in Mindbody is created for the day and time selected by the client
Appointment reminder texts and emails are sent out as usual from Mindbody
Notes:
Appointment is created in the system for $0
If clients are duplicate, i.e. they have already registered, a second account will be created
Appointment capacity is considered, meaning that if there is a 10 person capacity, up to 10 people can book that appointment
