Ive got a client who is simple computer illiterate, does tax work, sometimes he needs help logging into team viewer from time to time of gets error messages that he doesnt know how to work through. I need someone who can handle his issues when ever they come up. maybe once a month, issues take less than 30 minutes to resolve usually. He just like to have someone who is always available when the time comes.
