Looking for an experienced developer with history of building MLM websites and software. Developer would build front and back end, not including written copy. Project would also include admin dashboards and replicated user sites and dashboards. Client believes he has a unique payout structure so someone with an ability to tweak the code is preferred. Would like to also discuss possibility and price of extended maintenance after site is built.
No extreme time table but it would be ideal to start the project within the next 10 days and have it available for testing by summer's end.

What DevOps solutions do you use and suggest?
What CMS do you recommend for this project?
Do you have history working with MLM companies or softwares?
What would be your price for ongoing maintenance?
