Required software development,Website Development freelancer for Mobile App job

I am looking for a Android mobile app. It will connect to our main website and will be used for entering payments. I am not sure how it will access details from main website, perhaps through API. So when in the field, staff should be able view the details offline and enter payments. Once they reach office, they will connect to internet, and the payments should be uploaded to main website and everything will be synced.

I also require some print functionality so I can print receipts on POS terminals which will run our app. This can be done via bluetooth or something else.
