What we want the app to do?
We plan to develop a cross platform (Android + iOS) mobile app that lets clients request and cancel staffing needs without having to speak with a representative over the phone.
Job Description
The first version of our mobile app needs to offer a simple and intuitive user experience. Some standard features we want to include are:
- Splash Screen
- Sign Up and Login
- Onboarding (Name, Phone, E-mail, Address)
- Staffing Services Menu
- Booking System
- Push Notifications
- Text/E-mail Alerts
- Back Office / Admin
NO social media integration will be required.
NO reset password option for users other than admin staff.
For cancellations: The cancellation action needs to be approved by an administrator. If is not accepted by us then it will be assumed to still be scheduled. If the service has been already booked the client should receive a big warning, 'Employee is Already Scheduled to Work. Please Call and Speak to a Representative at EPC for your Cancelation. Cancellation Fees May Apply'.
