I am looking for an expert-level freelancer with Mobile App Development experience who can develop the following scope of work:

Scope of work is creating a mobile app for iOS and Android to capture/scan expenses documents, gather some information from the user and send the images and data to our backend system (Therefore). The app needs to have a settings (3 textfields) and a login screen (2 textfields). Main scope of the app is to enable the user to easily take a picture of an expenses document (like a taxi receipt) using the phone camera. Ideally, the taken picture would be auto cropped and aspect corrected to get the ideal results for further processing. In a second screen, it should be possible for the user to check the picture taken and additionally add two pieces of information (Type of receipt and further description). Type of receipt is a dynamic list shown in a combobox control, loaded from our backend. Further description is a free text field. Both values should be remembered and used as initial value on the next capture process. On top of that the user should be able to define/convert the color mode (B&W, Grayscale, Color), correct the auto-crop if required, add additional pages/pictures and rotate the picture. The user should be able to abort the whole process, which would delete the picture and gathered information from the device and returns the user back to the initial capture / picture screen. Otherwise the user can save the picture and the data to our backend system. The backend system has a REST/JSON API available, capable of delivering all required functionality required from the backend system.
