Required Database Design,sql,Database Administration,MongoDB freelancer for MongoDB Multiple site Active-Active implementation job

We have multiple locations which need to remain on Active-Active mode (presently between two data centres which are connected via IPSec VPN). Deliverables will include:

1. MongoDB 4.2.5 architecture diagram.
2. Install and configure the database.
3. Application#1 should be able to interact (RW) with MongoDB at Location#A.
4. Application#2 should be able to interact (RW) with MongoDB at Location#B.
5. In case of Tunnel down, all applications should work seamlessly. i.e. App#1 with Location#A and App#2 with Location#B in RW mode.
6. Once tunnel is UP, all data should get synced.
7. Document on how to do install and configure.
8. List of any specific changes required at application side.
