Add three blocks to homepage of existing Moodle site with Edwiser REMUI theme.

Theme does not allow for blocks on homepage by default. Freelancer will add three blocks (My Courses, Upcoming Events, and RSS Feed blocks) to the homepage. Blocks may be hard coded to add to the homepage but must maintain ability to edit the rest of the homepage via the Edwiser REMUI homepage editor.
