We need to fix my Protype site bugs. We think the theme on it is awfully slow and uses lots of resources. We want to achieve a 90+ on google page speed and be optimized for web and mobile. Would prefer a mobile first approach. We also are using jotform for our multi step forms but would like to make with our own code or make same forms just load and operate much faster.

Would it just better to start with fresh design and reuse the content? If you a great designer let me know what it would take for you to do a custom design for us as well. We just need a site that performs as fast as possible on google page speed then dial it in for SEO with fresh clean content. We will also want to build a secured online application for our Mortgage Bank as well for phase 2 after the main site is dialed.
We first need to get this one site focused on LEAD GENERATION. We need to make sure it is optimized for Google and Bing PPC traffic. We eventually want to be able to clone and sell the sites in an easy to use platform. We would eventually like to make a SAAS based system where someone can sign up, pay, and get into their backed site with drag and drop builders ready to go. We want to start that with 5-10 different themes or templates ready to customize and a variety of different landing pages. We the entire system for online lead conversion, and we want it to convert traffic into mortgage loans. We would like to sell this system as we are a digital agency as well.
Would the site perform much better in a custom HTML environment, javascript environment or another CMS? What can you to do ensure my PPC traffic will convert at the highest level possible and the site is preforming at its optimal level? Looking for someone to build the mega mortgage marketing funnel.
Maybe go with Larval, or where are all you full stack developers or JavaScript nerds that will take this to the LEVEL? I want this site to be a true Mortgage Marketing Platform when were are done. We need amazing analytics, conversion optimization, design elements added, mortgage calculators, and page speed in the 90's on mobile and on desktops for Google Page Speed tests.

Step 2- Focus On SEO on prototype site to get major search engine traffic
Step 3- Setup SAAS based system setup so we can clone and create websites and landing pages with easy. Make it with drag and drop builder like with elementor or like unbounce or clickfunnels.
Step 4- Setup 4-5 different themes mortgage bankers can buy right online.
Step 5- Create mortgage CRM to handle all leads created. Create state-of-the art CRM system for marketing automation with Text, Email, VoiceMail Drop Technologlo and Mult-line sales dialers.
