Required MySQL Programming freelancer for MySQL FULL OUTER JOIN of three tables job

I have three tables, one table has multiple rows of a value, let's say 7 rows, if there is a match of this value (JOIN) with a second table, and that table may have 3 rows that have that same value, I want to show all 21 resulting rows in the output table... currently it is only showing 1 row then it seems to stop JOINING. I have tried all combinations of LEFT JOIN UNION RIGHT JOIN and LEFT JOIN UNION ALL RIGHT JOIN, all give me just the 1 row, not the 21 I am looking for. I am trying to simulate a FULL OUTER JOIN, I know MySQL does not support this, but a combination of LEFT & RIGHT is supposed to provide the same results.... can you help?
