Need a 10-page monthly report replicated in Google data studio and editable
I am looking for someone experienced using GOOGLE DATA STUDIO.
SUMMARY OF NEEDS AND TURNAROUND TIME ---
We currently send out monthly reports in PDF format. They are not editable and this is a problem for us. I can show you what the reports look like in PDF format and I would like it emulated in Google Data Studio.
I need this project completed by Monday, noon EST - which is just 4 days away. However, the reports are not terribly complex.
DATA SOURCES ---
They pull from these sources:
- Google Analytics.
- Google Search Console.
- Our own lead/contact form system.
- Google Lighthouse.
- Google My Business Profile.
We have the API keys for all of these and will provide.
LENGTH OF REPORT ---
The reports are 10 pages + 1 cover page.
NUMBER OF CHARTS AND TABLES ---
There are (a) 17 charts and (b) 1 table (tabular data).
Some of the 'charts' are not be actual charts but instead graphics with text fields over them that show numeric data, along with (1) color of text changes to green or red based on whether performance is up or down and (2) a green up arrow is placed next to it or a red down arrow is placed next to it based on the same.
Each chart and table has a corresponding text description - we would like those to be editable. Right now, in PDF format, they are not.
CHART TOOL USED ---
The charting tool we use is chart.js and we'd like the look and feel of the reports' charts to be emulated to match.
DATA PULLED ---
The data for our reports looks at the prior month. We'd like to be able to have a drop down that could modify that for the whole report each time, manually (e.g. last month, most recent 30 days, etc.).
The data we pull creates the following graphics (with text fields over them), charts, and tables:
- Leads.
- Organic Sessions from Google Analytics.
- Keyword Visibility using Google Search Console data.
- Technical Health from SemRush.
- Leads from our lead system.
- Lead by source from our lead system.
- Organic Sessions from Google Analytics.
- Sessions by Device from Google Analytics.
- Bounce Rate from Google Analytics.
- Demographics from Google Analytics.
- Competitor Ranking pulling from SemRush data/Google Search Console.
- Position in Marketing pulling form SemRush data & Google Search Console.
- Keyword Ranking pulled from Google Search Console data.
- Site Audit pulled from Google Lighthouse.
- SEO pulled from Google Lighthouse.
- Accessibility pulled from Google Lighthouse.
- Mobile Speed pulled from Google Lighthouse.
- Best Practices pulled from Google Lighthouse.
Additional information:
- We would like both (1) a template (to create additional reports).
- We also would like 41 versions for different sites. So we can go directly to a specific sites report. So these are just specific versions of the same template above that themselves can each be browsed-to.
- We currently run our reports monthly.
- There is some logic used (e.g. if data is up, turn text field green, if down turn red).
