Required Accounting freelancer for Need a Bookkeeper to do P/L and keep track of best sellers job

We are looking for a bookkeeper, to keep track of our P/L on products we sell online.
The issue we run is that, we drop ship,ship from the store, and have items that come from the manufacture then to the customer.

We need a book keeper who can collect data and compile a P/L for each shoe sold and run let us know our expenses.

2nd aspect of this project is
Keeping tracking of the items sold and see what is the best seller so we can order those products in order to keep our shipping cost down.
