BACKGROUND: Daniels Communications, Inc. is a third-generation family owned company specializing in answering service and call center services. Our software, Amtelco, is very prominent in the answering service space. This software provides approximately 60 canned reports with many different filters and options. The newest iteration of this software allows for integration with Crystal Reports to create custom reports for our hundreds of individual clients.
We want to take advantage of this custom reporting by:
1) Adjusting some of the information shared in canned reports.
2) Customizing the logo and look / feel of the reports
We are experts in administering our call center software but do not have ANY experience with Crystal reports. We need a Crystal Reports Ninja to come in and create these customized reports for us.
There is a strong potential for a long-term engagement as additional reports are needed. Immediately, we have a need for 4 or 5 reports to be run and customized.
