Required Academic Writing,Consulting,Curriculum Development,e-Learning,Education Technology freelancer for Need a daily schedule for managing time for work and study job

I need a daily schedule plan to:

1-organize time during work 8 to 6pm (dedicate chunks of 2 to 4 hours between 5-10 minutes breaks.)

2- study for an exam, 6 to 9pm (for each chapter. review, practice tests,... I have all these materials)

I am not very organized to dedicate time to study for it.
I usually spend too much time on work and take long breaks during the day and stay at work till 9 or 10 pm, 7 days a week.
The problem is I don't have time management skill and a time cap for work and sacrifice my own time.

If you can write a plan for organizing hours and time management please let me know.
