Required Database Design,Database Architecture,Website Development,PHP,mysql freelancer for Need a front and backend developer to Fix a web application and work on the new project job

The developer will change the current design of the frontend by changing the button to a more sleek one on the applications. For the new project, I want to rapidly get an app that allows us to display what is entered in the backend on front end with nothing committed to hard code.
It will have Categories - subcategories- sub sub categories. I enter the data from backend. No Apis needed to any external database
So that means admin will be the one to determine the number of sub categories input fields that is needed for a post. Like it won't be fixed number of sub categories input fields.
