I am building a 5 Bedroom residential house in Nairobi Kenya.I want to install either Control 4 or RTI Home Automation system integrating entertainment systems, lighting, smart security, climate control, Solar energy, motion sensors, fire and carbon detection, water leakage detection, sprinkler systems, shades/blinds, home theater, etc. I need you to do the schematic design and drawings for the whole automation system design and provide the Schedule of equipment list ( Bill of Quantities). The installation will be done by a local technician for ease of work
I will give you a Architectural drawings of the project to enable you to design the entire automation system. I will in due course furnish you with the detailed description of features I would wish to see automated to enable you do the design including for cabling and equipment installation.
The design should bear in mind the fast changing technology for future expansion and ease of upgrading to modern technologies as the information technology changes.
