I need a person who can come up with a proposal of investing in either US/CA/AU/HK with a certain amount of money. I am looking for moderate return & risk (10-30%). Feel free to give me any ideas but need data to back it up.

I need you to be able to present to me with excel and other data visualization tools. Also need to do DCF valuation.
