Required Magento,Magento Developers freelancer for Need a Magento Expert to complete my website job

Hi,

I have a site done by another developer which is having some minor bugs and the some functionality to be implemented. It is built on Magento and it has custom APIs implemented through which it fetches the products automatically from the manufacturer. We got some issue while migration (db configuration not proper) so the site is down now. Your task involves:

1. Getting the site up and running by getting the config file corrected.
2. Checking and fixing bugs on automatic cron run if any
3. Zip code based shipping charges for products coming from cron
4. Purchase order to be sent to site admin via email
5. Purchase order to manufacturer via mail and APIs

Kindly note that currently 2 manufacturers are added into the system. If work is excellent we will have other manufacturers too.
