I work as a consultant with 6 large nonprofits- 3 local and 3 national. I need a content management assistant, preferably a junior or senior college student to help develop content for the accounts. This is a content WRITING and editing position, not a scheduling position. The hours are flexible and someone can handle this with another job or full schedule as long as they adhere to deadlines.
The position pays $500/month. You will be working on ONE account's social media profiles (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook)
The organization is focused on the body positivity movement. If you apply and are shortlisted, I'll give you more information and sample content we've written before to get a sense of the brand's voice.
BEFORE YOU APPLY, PLEASE NOTE:
-We will need to have 1 video meeting a week to discuss projects, timelines and deliverables/progress. If you cannot video call for any reason, please don't apply.
-This proposal is for 10-15 hours a week.
-You can work whatever hours you please but ALL content will be due each week by Thursday at 12 noon EST
Here are your responsibilities:
-Finding content (articles, infographics, quotes, etc)
-Crafting social media posts from those pieces
-Working with me on edits to those posts
Pluses will be given to:
-Current college students located in the US
-Graphic Design Skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
-Those with experience working remotely (using slack, asana, basecamp, etc)
