We have a large number of data points and a simple 3x3 framework (9 box grid). We want to visualize the data by making it move around the 9 box grid, in 2D. We want to create some interactivity by which users can select data lines and timeframes (in years) and watch the units move around the grid, AND change in size. It is a task that's simple in principle but will be more complex in execution. You will have to work with the consultancy company and the client. Both are great teams of people. We want to move fast and with agility and some flexibility to evolve the tool.
