I am looking for a talented and seasoned web designer that has a strong background in Email design.

This job is for creating a newsletter email that will go out to our user base. I have a template that you can go off, so you don't need to design much from scratch. Additionally, I have some content so you don't have to create much of that either. What I will need is for you to design and then develop as an HTML email in our automation system (called MailChimp).
