We are seeking an individual who is an expert in telecommunications and is familiar with cloud based telecom systems. We currently have an on premise telephone system and is looking to have a replacement system in the cloud. The selected individual should not have any allegiance to any specific vendor as we would like this person to come in an evaluate our current environment, discuss with key individuals plans for the future and then recommend three systems that will meet those needs. We will then test and evaluate those three systems and select one for implementation. This endeavor includes recommending, testing, selecting and the implementation of the selected system. Unified Communications options that incorporate phone, chat, and messaging shall be considered.
