we need someone to help us achieve our goals, we have day time jobs but also serious entrepreneurial bug!!!!. we have 2 start ups, and we feel stretched!!!
the work involves contacting various professionals, follow ups, helping us being organised, invoice filing, filing forms, making calls (you will be reimbursed for calls), receiving calls , timely liaison with me, filing data on website. we would also ask you to cover some of our personal work as well from time to time example plan holidays, giving feedback to sites, writing travel blogs, emailing services and utilities companies, managing family photo albums etc.
you should have excellent English , work involves proof reading and correction of long documents, internet and word, spreadsheets skills.
you need to have excellent admin , planning, organising and email skills.
management of folders on google drives, is an essential skills. managing business facebook, linked in etc is also involved.
as you can see you will have many roles from admin to manager. you will work under my direct supervision.
we don't have appetite for time wasters. if your English and IT skills are not EXCELLENT please do not apply.
