We have a real estate SaaS app that provides data about a given property, a given zip code, and a given county.

We need to assign a neighborhood rating to a property by comparing the zip code data vs the county averages (as a baseline). Basically, how much the zip code data deviates from the county averages should determine the rating.

Going to compare these values between the zip code and the county:

median sales price
median income
degree %
unemployment %
rentals ratio
crime index

Assign a weight to each in some way, and then come up with a final number for the neighborhood vs the county

We need you to write the equation for this.

We don't need any actual code done. I just need to know the equation to use where we can input the data points as arguments.
