Role Summary: Don't need to be expert at writing skills! -- Actually prefer / might be ideal for someone who has good attention to detail, professional, methodical approach like an Accountant / Bookkeeper background as I have good methodical instructions :).

Essentially about kindly helping me with emails & phone messages from tenants, landlords & other relevant people (e.g. Plumber).

Business/Industry Info: Real-Estate/Property Management Business- similar to AirBnB type of business of renting out rooms. So I have about 25 properties and about 100 rooms/100 tenants.

Tasks
Task #1- Create Drafts for Emails & Msgs. I have a instructions document which advises you of the draft you can write in different scenarios of their response and notes you can make :).

Task #2- Send Recurring Emails: 1. Send Heater Emails (see intructions). 2. Send Cleaning Emails & Master-list update. 3. Send Recurring Msgs for debt collection.

Task #3- Summarizing Conflict Related msgs.

Task #4- Summarize Employee wages.

Hours
- Timing: Ideally someone who is available all 7 days for 30 mins to 1 hour a day.

- Which Hours: Task #2 & #4- can be done anytime. Task #3 is occasional/random.

Task #1 - ideally 2 to 4 times a day for 10 to 30 mins (ideally between 9am to 6pm- Sydney time --* most days, anything close to that is good- those exact is NOT essential requirement :) ).

How long depending on how many msgs or emails I get - usually 3-5 - but will increase as business expanding).

Ideal Person:
1. Availability: Pls see 'hours' category above

2. Experience: Actually prefer / might be ideal for someone who has good attention to detail, methodical approach like an Accountant / Bookkeeper background as I have good methodical instructions :).

Ability to write in a "formal/Business" is NOT required - just good English :)

3. Good Energy: This relatively easy-job, prefer someone who is high-energy person so they can naturally put in effort into task to do their best and avoid errors :).

1. Instructions: Detailed, good instructions and also video. And can also do screen-share chat to teach you and pay you for all training time too :).

2. Length: Task is daily/weekly and Long-Term/forever ;)!

3. Easy/Low-Stress: Only creating 'drafts' mostly, so there is no stress of making any big mistake ;).
