Spreadsheet Development

I need a spreadsheet designed to handle Contact Information for a small organization, (maximum 60 members). It will have two main aspects - One Section for Personal data such as Name, Company Name, Address, Phone, etc. And a second Section that will track Meeting activities such as attendance, referrals, fines, etc. This Section will need to make calculations of points for each member on a weekly basis and total those on an annual basis. Both these Sections will require the flexibility to add and remove members without disrupting the formulas. It requires a "Form" sheet that allows for the data entry of a new member, that will automatically populate the Personal Data section and the Meeting activities section respectively.

I will provide two spreadsheets with selected person only, that should give you a feel for what the end product should look like. The "PBA Member List" is pretty much complete as far as proper Columns, but the "Form Fill" sheet needs more work to make it properly fill the "next available row" and preferably auto re-sort the rows based on alpha order of the Classification column. As well as "reset" the Form for the next entry of a new member.

The "PBA Meeting Notes" sheet is relatively complete in that it properly reflects the Columns and basic math formulas for totaling "weekly" counts, but needs the following improvements. I need an easy way to automatically create a "new" sheet for each weekly meeting and date it (or pre-create 52 sheets if that's the only way it can be done). The "totals" sheet should always represent the current up to date totals of each column. Note Column I as needing to be developed with an appropriate formula(s). As stated earlier, we need to be able to add or delete a member without that creating a formulas problem.

If possible, all of the above would be combined into a single workbook using multiple sheets, but not necessarily mandatory. Cost will be a consideration so I am open to consider different alternatives on how the above requirements might be accomplished.

My time frame for completion is flexible so the job need not be done on a rush basis.
