Required Android,iOS,Mobile App,Product Design freelancer for Need an app made for android and iphone job

Looking for an experienced app creator that can make me an app for both android and iphone.

This app needs to be able to GPS track other phones with installed program. Must be able to track GPS location, texts, call log etc.

Must be a nice design and easy user experience. I will need someone that can also provide future updates as needed.

I can provide sample apps that have the same features for an example to work off of.

Looking for someone long term that I can rely on for updates and future work.
