We have an accommodation business that uses Kigo vacation rental software.
We are introducing a guest review system through a company called ReviewPro.
What we need to achieve is an automated system of surveys being sent out to guests every day.
We require a specific excel report to be created automatically from Kigo (that doesn't currently get generated) using our API key and the Kigo API specs which we already have. ReviewPro then requires that report to be sent to an FTP server so that ReviewPro can access the required information for the whole process to be automatic.
Maybe you can tell from my wording that this isn't my area of expertise.
We are hoping to be able to get this done and tested as quickly as possible.
We have already received a quote from a large design company that does this sort of thing for between $1200 and $3600.
We were really hoping to spend a fraction of that, as it's an expense that we didn't even envisage.
