An old business partner has continued to use my personal IP such as my business name when I have requested several times through email to remove immediately. He is also using a current photo of an employee of mine and displaying it on his website claiming that my employee works for him.
He has is also displaying two employees that were sacked under my company a few months ago claiming that if you require his services you get all of that team working on your project. He is being misleading.
He is an IT company based in Melbourne Australia so all applicable laws under Australia should apply.
I would like to threaten under all current legislation that what he is doing is imcriminating and to cohearse him into removing the content or legal action will be persued.
I would also like to pursue legal action for damages contained for the last week he has published the personal IP on his website. So if you can help me process all the correct legal action that would be great.
