Required Accounting freelancer for Need Excel Expert to create Invoice Template job

Our company provides vacation rental management services to owners and we collect rents and pay the owners monthly, less our mgmt fee and other expenses.

We are trying to find the best solution to streamline the process. Creative solutions are welcome.

We currently send the owners an earnings statement each month but need help creating a better system where all the cells are locked in for each category. We have issues where sometimes we will add a line and we dont catch that the cells didn't add up or the formula didnt apply itself, etc.

I have included an example of how we are currently organizing the statements.

We would like to have a template made for each property that has all the needed information with cells that are locked in place.

We might also be interested in someone who could help us do our book keeping each month and send out the statements to owners.
